.For a guy that was stuck on level 13 for 2 months (I kid you not Oo ) when he first started, and one that asked some bloody stupid questions at first.. This guy has turned out a great guy in game and irl.

He has turned into someone that is dependable and reliable both in game and irl when times were bad for me due to the loss of a family member. He has helped many with quest's or just plain old exping even when he hit 50.

He has given rare items not only to me but to many people and has now turned out to be a goodish merc when out in RvR.

So lets hear it for Martok... we wub you!! <o/

Think I have now been in the same guild as him 3 times? being TLW, Griffon Knight and The Damned <- old old guild Oo and I have known him irl for about 4 years and its been a privilege so /salute.

The reason for this post? he seems to have taken a bit of a bashing on here the last few days and he really is a nice guy

That and I never had to kick him from a guild for giving abuse to other players cause they were already in a camp he wanted :kissit:

I was mouthing off at someone because they were leeching my pulls persistently even though I had asked many times prior for the to stop leeching. You know that for a fact Speeedy.

And tbh you know what Martok is like. He is always out for number one. And would probably kill his own puppy if it involved him gettin a few Plat out of it. Don't start some bull thread about how he is this wonderful person. He takes advantage of people. I've even had 3 people PM me about the thread I made saying they understand my post and were sorry that all the people that posted hadnt actually read my post.

Tsabo if you wanted to provide some kind of proof to support your accusations then simply list the guild raids he went deliberately LD on (raid target, date and time). We have a private forum that everyone signs up for events on so it will be a simple matter to cross check what you say with that and then remember whether he went LD or not.

If I thought I would actually get to a point where I would be posting about it I would of noted it down.

I was in an RvR grp(good grp too) with him once and he purposefully LDed. I told the group and as soon as he did that he logged on again and claimed his comp reset itself ¬.¬ He was pretty annoyed at me but to be honest. You just don't do that to people, not when it's been a good group.

I have know and have played with Martok for more then 1 year - and I have never ever had any kind of problems with him.
I only know him as a good player that allways are friendly and helpfull.

Tsabo is a bit of a nob and out for number one, however, as far as I know he isn`t a liar. I`ve met him in real life and know quite a few of his real life friends and he`s a decent guy overall.

I don`t really know Martok except by reputation and that reputation is that he`s a bit of a nob and out for number one.

If Tsabo says he`s seen the things he has I would certainly give him the benefit of the doubt regardless of the guild affiliation of Martok or percieved view from the other side of a PC from many people on these forums.

Anyway Tsabo best you next time speak to TLW GM first before flaming IMO and don`t lend accounts to people you know as a nob

Guys the point I was trying to make is this. Everyone has a good and bad side if it be ingame or irl it does not matter. You should take what you see and accept it not complain to others that you think so and so is a bad person because...

Volwrath.. take you for exsample. irl you seem a very nice guy but to me you seem very different when you are playing this game but hey thats life I know how to deal with it.

Think about this, how many people could flame about you (Everyone not just Volwrath/martok) how bad they think you are and how nasty you are to small kitens and old ladies irl. This forums would be full of crap (well it is already ) that has nothing to do what so ever with DAoC.

This thread was meant to show that Martok does have a good side.. some of you know that some of you dont. Ok so your first impression of him might not be great, but let others make there own minds up about him.

I know for afact there is a sorc in alb today that is pissed at me for not being part of the spirit of Albion, why? because i would not help him kill an Ellyll seer for a epic.. but he did not know this, I had been running around trying to get a group to take beno back.. get it claimed and then help others claim other alb keeps.. all the while watching the clock tick down knowing that I have to be up in 4 hours to go to work (work nights )

So sometimes people's views of others are wrong or just bad.. let others make there minds up if they like someone or not and let people just get on with the game.

I did think to ignore this but i wont as it is a out and out lie.

I was mouthing off at someone because they were leeching my pulls persistently even though I had asked many times prior for the to stop leeching. You know that for a fact Speeedy.

After talking to you a few times about the complaints i was getting from albs in Barrows regarding you, you would turn up and start leeching off their pulls till they were forced to leave (breaking the coc). You would also start being abusive to them in a way that also broke the coc.

So after the second complaint of the day I came down there and stealthed.. think I got 3 or 4 SS of you doing just this and so had to remove you from the guild as you was damaging its reputation.
