I want to auction the house (cottage) I got for my second account which I decided I dont need.

It's not something fancy, lot 1073, no CM, costed me more than a plat, starting auction at 300 g increasing in increments of 100 g please, no reserve for the price, whoever bids more gets the house.

Auction ends next Friday at 7 pm. I'll post contact details when its time.
