all stats seem relevant and utility of around 68 which isnt bad

though there are no caps on it if any interested will start at say 1p and 500g increases, hope someone might enjoy or it goes to my arc bar fund

Most seers go for a hammer with dexcap, powercap or powerpool as those stats cant be sc'ed, so dont think this is worth much tbh. The 2 highest resists are matter and energy which aint a must for seers

Got this one, but dont know if I can trade it, depends on what I get for it.

8 dex cap, 8 con cap, 8% power pool, 4% heat, all magical 3 and a celerity proc in it. 100qua/100dur.
