He's just mistaken with the belt he wants to trade for.
Plaited Hair of malamis is worth 15-20p, but the woven one ain't worth as much as that, and it drops more often i think.

Btw i sell the Plaited Hair of Malamis for 17.5p.

well i just checked housing and the lowest price of woven hair
of malamis is 60 plats ( which i beleive its not for sale ) .
you maybe have seen braided hair of malamis .
which is a worse version of woven hair of malamis .
cause it doesnt have 15 dex and 15 acuitity , but it has 12 acuitity
and NO 6 dex cap ......
