Why would anyone pay that much for a staff?
A caster is _very_ easy to cap all stats with just 99 qual armor.
Besides sup/rc focus is hardly as common as rc/darkness.
And as for the blueish glow, it only screams
"im a helpless caster with paper armor"..

First of all i didnt get it in a lotto.
maybe 5.5 is high but the procc is very good and everything from TG is kinda expensive. if u havent noticed.
And btw, do u think any1 whants a staff with both RC and Darkness ?? U either specc darkness or rc.. u dont specc 30 rc 30 darkness or something. i have 47 darkness and 26 supp.

I do actually know some runies that have both runecarving and darkness in the 30s. I can't comment on its effectiveness as its a class I have never played but they seem happy with it

It's a pretty staff. But the charges are the same as the diamond staves in malmo, which are a lot easier to get. (I have several in my vault from the last time I went there.)

But the blue glowieness is pretty. =)

Imo there's only 2 viable specs for a rm these days,
and that's 50/20 supp/rc and 48/22/11 or 48/24/6 (?) rc/dark/sup.
10 sec pbt is basically worthless in rvr, and speccing for it
causes you to gimp your dmg output utterly, cuz of silly resists
and SC. 47/26 spec is the 'old' rm spec, hardly see anyone spec
it anymore. Only reason i see for speccing 47 dark, is if you
know you will be running with a debuffer most of the time..
So I suggest you actually learn something about your class, before saying stuff like this :
