Not hard to look up, Banes ring, drops in sidi from Banes. If my memory serves me right its 30 con, 30 charm, +11 spirit resistance.

The scout shield, has +4 stealth +13 QU, + 8 slash, thrust and crush. And a reactive 80 heal proc!
