Just because its 7p doesn't mean anyone is going to pay that much for it.

Most scrolls have a pretty much set price range, and for RS 1 its between 1 and 2p. To make a fast sale, I'd recommend selling it for 1p. You'd be lucky to sell it for 2p tbh as its not really that rare and easily farmable by just about anyone with a mincer/paladin/buffbot or dare I say it, friends?

Shades 1 of 3 has been selling for 5p+ now for quite some time. Even up to 8p.
