They are pretty good, but I don't think any scale user has a problem capping everything with normal MP gear.

So armor with a proc > armor without a proc.

I wouldn't waste my money on this

Well really reactives in gaunlets are not important, low chance of proc, so very nice gaunlets, the 14% thrust rox. Maybe the price will be too high...

Chances are very low that people will hit your gloves, like 5% or something, not sure, and add to that the chance of ablative proccing..
