Last ring was sold for 50p , i lower this price to 40p what is still alot of gold,
same is Gov artifact cheapest 55p atm and its not even rare.

on topic : 40 p is a fair price, not to say it's cheap. This ring is one of the rarest ingame and it has very good stats, +10 stre cap is something you don't see on other items.
