There were two others on the CM's tonight for 10p (got one for myself) - and before anyone else moans, my vault spaces are nearly full so all my scrolls are on my CM for 30plat each hopefully no one can afford that

Not even that hard to farm. Got 4 full sets of shades in 4 nights using pally/scout or pally/scout/inf.

ofc, if i got an offor on one of my scrolls for 5p i would sell it, buts thats couse i have a total of 2p on my chars atm

Scrolls are not THAT rare.. ppl sell scrolls for more than sidi stuff got sold for back before ToA, and thats sick. the only reason why there were so many sidi items was becouse there was so many sidi raids...... and a scroll is a one time use only item, and 8p for that, is just stupid.

I bought that scroll for 8p, and i reason like this, i farm 1 p in 1 hour in df, i tryed to get som 3/3 for 9 hours, already there i lost 9 plats, so not to waste more time on that fkn farming i just bought it...

I think most people set their prices after how long they farm, some are lucky others arent, you cant exspect the same price imo.

Farmed there for 14 hours on my necro and never got one, I can make some serious cash on my necro chaining hulks/knights in that time. 8p is a fair price when you consider how hard the mobs that drop the scroll are to kill and the fact they are bloody slow/hard to solo. Grouping to get one means even more cumaltive time spent there, so supply and demand dicates that this scroll is worth much more than most.

i duoed for shades 3/3 for at least 10 hours, and got malice 1, 3 and shades 1 instead

logged in the next morning after that and two 3/3 dropped within 10 minutes of each other needless to say, me and my duo-buddy were damn pleased

simple farming technique: minstrel + bb, red-con salamander, higher the better, you can find a level 58/59 if you are careful. Spam charm/abla and you can get through em reasonably fast. If you can get a necro absorb then even better, since salamanders have 80% absorb (+9% = half the damage)

its much easier in a duo, as the 2nd player can provide extra damage on mobs and control healing on the pet, its kinda hard to do that unless you have a seperate computer for your buffbot ... its also someone to talk to in the lonely wastelands of typhons oO

actually, i thought i might add my recommendation that the second player be a minstrel too with a centaur lookout from aerus OR a high melee siam-he devotee, they bolt or style respectively for huge damage.
