I have no clue lol, i xp a lot, sometimes use a key from a ml raid, or have a rog left from them. i just place all stuff in vault and when i salvage i check stats. its the first time i ever saw sush good 1 tho.

Had these on my chanter. pretty good aswell. Seems cloth arms tend to get those stats alot
