The nurfed stats are:

+27 Strength
+60 Hits
+3 All Melee Skill Bonus
+2 Melee Speed Bonus
+60 Hits Cap Increase

There not that good apart from the Heal reactive because take away the +3 all melee as you`ll only be using one weapon type and there low UV.

Only 48 UV with +3 thrust/slash. You wont be using both thrust and slash at the same time ;p
