Are these stats from ingame or alla ? Cause I have two bracers ingame (qui/str) and they both have 40 hits. Could you verify the hits for me please ?

They are from ingame. I typed, while wieving them ingame.

Well we killed the mob 10+ times today and not a single bracer

Its not like you have to wait hours for a repop to try again though you can just keep doing it and you'll get one sooner or later. Sometimes you get lucky and first run drops it, others not.
