I did not know it was the wrong stone either, till I tried to ra respec this morning.
Will check if the stone is still there, if so I do not mind swapping it back.

Yep, a full respec also costs 3p.
But some people do not want to use a full respec, cause, like I said in the post, they would lose their autotrained points (in stealth for example).
So for those players these types of stones are better, cause you can chose the line you want to respec, and keep the autotrained points.
And as the are pretty rare, I hear they go for 3p.

3p for a full respec, 3p for a single line, 1.5p-2p for an ra stone.

afaik if you autotrained in a skill you will always keep those extra points no matter if you respec the line. Like if you autoed and got 77 extra bonus points from stealth, then if you respec you will keep those extra 77 bonus points.. I never tested myself, but just what i heard others did.

And no a Single line respec stone normally sell for 2p, tuf tuf

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here, but you are getting upset that because some can be bothered to spend his/her time obtaining something (in this case a single line respec stone, but could be a sidi item) they try to maximise the profit they can receive from it?
You are also implying that the people that play DaoC more should be subsidising the more casual player... Not sure you are aware, but Communism failed.
But you are apparently the kind of player who cannot be arsed to spend some time getting hold of an item, and cannot be arsed to spend time to get the money for an item, but still wants the item.
