Well, yes. My mini-whine was just that; a mini-whine about my frustrations about it always being down when I have a char that needs it!

This Jacina's thing serves Nim right I suppose for grabbing random players off the street as it were to fill the numbers for her raid. No rules were set about loot selling so this fellow was perfectly in his rights to sell.

Hargards been very genours to people at cloudsong, he exps out alts using Bubble and a ML9 pet and farms the encounter, hes helped people do the prequsits and given them the artifact before too.

the 10 cloudsongs come from when its up etc, and why not attack it if its up

If you know someone is always camping an arti it's not hard to still get it, just make sure you pull the mob faster when it pops and kite it around till help arrives

I'd be kinda pissed if someone did that, probley just pull the mob off them with ML9 pet and if they wish to get me banned for a week...so be it

Edit- Just so you know, it has a 2 hour to 48 hour repop or something like that, so people don't camp it 24/7

Well nothing wrong with putting items at prices that some ppl find silly...
If you can't afford, don't buy. Just like in RL.
