But when good stuff peeps tend to make their bids when auction is closing just be4 timelimit. it's a good thing to state:

Auction ends at 9cet or 5 mins after last bid that was made after 8:55

Otherwise it's pure lottery who wins when all peeps try to make their last bid just be4 closing time.
