Sure you can think its high, and then u might wanna consider how many of the vest its around atm.
And with stats getting fixed, and still yes the best proc on armorpart. People can think its to high their choice.
If people dont wanna buy it, what would have changed?

1. It's obsenely overpriced.
2. It's not all that good, the +3 to both sword and axe makes it completely useless until the patch that fixes it arrives.
3. Even if it gets fixed then it'll still be a century before that patch actually goes live on our servers. By that time more will have dropped from TG and as a result the price will drop aswell.
