The necky at least drops form Deliah in the barrows instance. I got 2

Orange con if your solo lvl 50 in there, but a tough fight, she hits hard, dot's hard, teleports around and spikes shoot thru the floor in the room.

Good place to farm aurulites too.

Demon Bone Belt and demon blood ring drops form Grokdal in "The Otherworld" (dungeon in Undergorund Forest)

Catacombs has lots of nice loot
