This is fucked up khai. From what i knew mith let you have the chest even know he needed it for some toons himself (back at that time).you also knew forwell that some of your so called 'friends' -who help you countless of times- need the chest piece to, and you didn't even bother to offer it to us first?
It really wouldn't surprise me if you deleiberatly made a shit bard template without this chest in so you could pocket the money...Bravo.
Please for God sake don't bother asking for help again as i wouldn't know if you were just going to sell the thing you 'need' for a template or whatever.

you can put a value on a GOV...
you cant put a value on your ingame friends...
Solari doesnt realise even with the extra 20 plat on his virtual counter he looses something far more important.

I really did make a template with GoV that I intended to run with, but I made a new one recently and you should be one of the persons ziz that really knows what it's like to redo templates all the time. I did help mith do GoV for his chars without no gain myself, and I was fine with that since I knew he needed it. I needed it aswell and we agreed to do it again later for me and it was done.
Torv, your speaking of this without knowing the whole matter and I actually see no point whatsoever how this can even concern you, how are you involved in this? I'm having a hard time to figure that out.
I spoke to mithy and told him I changed my temp and I didn't need the GoV anymore, I asked him if anyone needed it or if he wanted it back and he replied: "It's yours to do whatever you want with it." Those were his exact words.To me there's then no doubt that I'm then entitled to sell the arti so I can get some money to buy the other things I need for my template so this actually contributes to finishing my bard.
And to be honest I'd prefer those 20p rather than spending time in your company after this, you are in NO way involved in this, and taking this discussion to a public board over something as an ingame trade, that you have no part in, is just plain silly.

I've known mith longer than you and i know for sure he wouldn't agree on letting you sell it when he knew others needed (and not even offering it on the lc boards is just plain selfish)...Solari said:

nah thats off the mark cuddledorf not really related to this. Thats more a question of that was deemed a legal way to complete the encounter.. back when TOA first came out there was always someone parking his buffbot at SOM and sticking the old beechtowel there.
I never yanked the rug from FG's but i think every time a som was gateway'd I got blaimed (think i discovered how to do it), in fact I used to get pm'd to grab it for groups that couldnt complete the encounter mainly.. im a good guy as most peeps on hibernia will verify...
and I read khainais reply and think thats ok really and this is good because I really liked the guy when we chatted. but like if guildies are there doing the encounter and u win, its a bit of a kick in the bollacks to sell it. just give it to a guildy ffs. sure they wouldnt having a problem giving u some cash as well if u are sort..
anyway non of my business except ziz was upset on MSN and ziz is a like one of the nicest peeps u could ever meet

For the people who dont know who I am, I am Mithrael, the person who, as Khai mentioned gave him this GoV. Now I am going to make myself very impopular with certain people but the following needs to be said. These are the facts:
1. Khai is right when he says that I gave him the arti ages ago for him to do with it what he wanted to do. That he thought he needed it at that time is true as well but if he would have wanted to sell it to have a chance to aquire other items to finish a character I would have had no objections. He was the one that did the encounter with me and had helped me get one for one of my characters. And when GoV miraculously popped again very shortly afterwards and there was NO-one else there that wanted to do it, I said the next one would be his. I had personal reasons for helping him at that time and letting him have one and would like to say that the other people in our so called 'brotherhood' have had all their alts, that they had at that time, helped to a GoV as well.
2. Khai has contacted me a few days ago to give me back the GoV as he didn't have it in his template anymore. I said to him that I didn't need it and that I wanted him to keep it since I gave it to him and he had helped getting it himself as well. When he asked me if anyone else needed it I told him that I didnt know of anyone that needed it right at that moment and that I was not going to have him hand it over for every single possible alt people were gonna roll for their own fun because I felt that in that case anyone could claim to have a need for it, while he himself might actually put the money to better use for a character he wanted to finish. I said I had no objections to him selling it if he wanted to.
3. Although people have a right to not be thrilled about his actions, I must say I don't share their oppinion and that I feel that butchering someone on a public forum while we have means to deal with a situation like this on our own forum is an interesting choice. One that has even led to people (who don't know Khai, don't know me, and dont know the entire history behind this) posting oppinions about Khai's person that are VERY judgmental indeed, purely based on the verbal abuse of others.
I want to ,politely, ask all the people who feel the need to qq about Khai because of this (without them knowing him or me) to stop posting and refrain from judging him over this issue. If you have other reasons for disliking him that's personal, but please understand that you don't know all the facts in this matter.
I would also like to see someone close this thread as all the negative reactions that my post will, no doubt, generate should in my opinion be dealt with privately. Anyone that feels they need to react to this on freddys will get no answer, wether they be Na Fianna, Fable, Legacy Crusaders members or other players. I will answer to you and deal with this in-game or on our personal forum.

I very much agree with mith that its prolly better for khai to sell the gov and buy the stuff he needs for his new template.

I'd have agreed with you if you had asked me what i thought of khai a few months back now. I liked the guy, I really did. Hell, he even joined Na Fianna and we had a lot of fun. Its his recent attitude and hostilities towards a lot of people that leaves me rattled, people I am friends with, and others. The accumulation of many events and frustrations have led to us losing our rag with khai here mate. One event would not be enough for me to break a friendship.
Im pleased some people still like him, hes lost enough friends for one day.

So im asuming the original sentence just lacked the irl part in which it was a typo from his side. Correct me if I am wrong.
If that is the kind of comments I can expect from friends, I'll hug those 20p and let the so called "friends" go mutter somewhere on /ignore. Heck, maybe I'll walk around mm in order to meet new players and hope I'll pick up a friendly player who's not into t3h 1337 sh1t just yet and might be intrested in learning the merits of the game in a friendly enviroment. These players rarely have any knowledge of any discussions that has been made during the past, so it is for them to figure out whenever they want to play with me or not. I don't walk around pretending im nice, in order of a pocket gain - I play this time to enjoy myself and have a good time with players I get along with. Untill a day like this, where the true faces are shown, it shall remain so.

All you've read is what people, that you know was oposing me has written - At least censi had a general idea of what I was like prior to this, and he can in his righteous might judge from that, however you cannot. Clearly we shall not be playing together on this game Himse, due to a pointless and unprovoked comment from your side, on a matter that at first was none of your buisness, and second you have no idea of which persons you are dealing with. So my reply to you goes like: "So are you obviosly."
And for christ sake don't give me the crap about im hostile to people gnarag, this was an unprovoked assault on me, and he has no idea of who I am, and nothing can support his claim other than the angry comments made by a bunch of pissed off people that I'm already edgy with. So replying to this insulting answer in a rude way seems in no way like hostile behavior towards random people, it's merely a defence of my person.
Along with all this im puzzled, all these assaults on my actions whenever they were morally legal or not actually comes from a group of players that prior to all this pulled their RvR characters out of the Na Fianna and formed a new guild. With the arguement: "We want our own little RvR guild." So to me, that is a strong sign that Na Fianna is good enough for you when it comes to PvE, but in RvR you don't really give a damn about the rest of the guild. It would have been possible for you to have made your little RvR group within Na Fianna without a problem, but you chosed to found a new guild. Just bringing this up due to Censi's comment: "Give it to a guildie or so ffs." I no longer consider any of these persons a true member of Na Fianna for obvious reasons. Another reason was they wanted their own guild was that they wanted a new emblem, but noone else than your merry little group was invited into this new guild, I ask again: "Is the rest of Na Fianna not good enough to play with you in RvR? And still you still remain in the guild for PvE purposes?" If it was only the emblem it could have been done with the Na Fianna people aswell without too much hassle. Legacy Crusaders (LC) are a part of our alliances, which works for us as one big guild, since it consists of many small scale guilds. So far I would never question the loyalty or friendship from the players I know as LC, whenever im right or wrong at this point is yet to be prooven. Some people may, some people might, but I would certainly think twice before I would offer such people a GoV arti which they had no legal right of having except my charity, that most likely was created by earlier favours, which could be both social and material. I would have offered you this arti, and I tried, but gnarag you are not the person to question my loyalty to my guild, nor to my friends - for which in case you do, you didn't know me as well as you thought.
I put this comment on here as my final statement here, because I was replying to what others have said, people that does not have acces to the mentioned private forums, in order to clearify any matters they might consider injust, and I will happily be ready to finish any further discussion with you on a private basis.
As for Gnarag, we have both truely lost a friend, we will both probably go QQ to some other friends, we will both move on and think one another is an outright jerk, but whenever we can both walk away from this with our pride intact, I am not sure.
