As I was bothered with clowns which always speak as all around easily and is accessible. Not everyone in game can sit for 24 hours trying to get Cloudsong which camp a heap of other people and sells then till 50-60 platinums.

It still is 50% drop rate. Drops 2 items every time and warp is 1 out of 4 items he can drop. But still you can get no cloaks for a very long time, or 3 of them in 2 tries. Random for the win.
