Instead of making these silly auctions with "I reserve the right not to sell if...", why not just say WTA: Bid starting at xx plat (what you minimum want for it). Its just a waste of peoples time to keep auctions and not sell cause you dont set a minimum nor sell it if you dont get an obcene amount of money. If you want to sell something, say what you want for it and state that.
