the TLW rules got this point also, both parts involved in teh trade are suposed to get banned, however TLW using item/mod database are able to trace only ppl that sold. I remeber somethink like if a person is suspected he sold, he must prove he didnt by showing A.S.A.P to tlw member the item he won in lotto. Yes all items giving away during the tlw raids are registered same time when mod pts are getting boost or canceled, but as items dont have any serial/part number lol, that kinda imposible to check to on the most common stuff, and to prove that certain person bought an tlw item is almost imposible just by some BW posts.

ps that comes from a sidi newb, most stuff i wrote i heared in raid /cg or asking several tlw member, but the point is same both must be banned.

not if they didnt know before hand... trade was already completed before i said it. Also... would u rather it get sold on /as or in a private trade or even get deleted than get a chance of use by yourselves?
