Housing prices don't reflect the current market, they represent what people want for their item, not what they'll get. If people can post lower prices, why put them so high then?.

The game doesn't set the market, the people do. People will pay what they're willing to pay. A cloak like that is less desirable than the other good ones (SoM/He/Cs/Feathered Wrap and so on). People are less likely to pay a high price for a mediocre item when theres much better for not significantly more.

I often put items for sale at higher price than they're worth if i dont wanna really sell them, the reason those items are still for sale that high is that no 1 will buy them at that price!
If you dont want ppl to comment, why post in a forum? Just put items on a CM and leave for 30 years at prices that are too high.
Best way to find how much they're worth is auction them on this site, if it dont go to 5p its not worth 5p.....easy!
