That there aren't many %block items, at least in Albion. Shame it was such a fast auction !

There are some shields (mostly medium ones) with 5% block, one chain hauberk (AF90) with 5% block, and this belt. So, if you want 10% block bonus at level 50, you'll want this belt.

And if you've never tried seeing the difference with +%block, evade, parry in PvE, you don't know what you're missing. My 42 Reaver has +10% block, +10% parry and +4% evade - gets hit 1/2 times a fight against yellows unbuffed. Couple that with weapons with 3 point style cost reduction, and there is zero downtime against oranges.
