figured out guildhouses cant be turned back into personal houses, and dont wanna sell my own house anymore. some clearout sale is still goin on at 3317 & 4094, with prices really cheaper than usual. (as i said before, if u find anything overpriced, thats not deliberate, just reply/pm to warn.)
