Not whining about you being overpowered or anything but in Albion Clerics/Friars can heal. In Hibernia Bards/Wardens/Druids/Mentalists can heal.

i personally would love to see albion getting "overpowered" to the eyes of the mass, very popular, and ppl rerolling alb.
Months ago when hib was the least populated realm and the least rvr active realm, it was damn fun cos a few of us had a whole emain filled with invaders for us to play >.< Now 80% time i spent in emain (which aint much nowadays) am spamming /safety off
ps: f i could b arsed, i would b rerolling alb/mid right now, to find again an emain "challenge", but wont del my characters. U_u

not that i see any hib group like that oftenly but f so, its not a balanced group, its not a good group, its easy to kill such a group, ffs... oh well ..

Well, better start getting those healing classes sorted, because they are winning the game in the future patches. CC is no longer the crowd pleaser it once was.

Dont start this moaning weak realm junk. You want to play a pointless class, come play mine, yet I still bite the bullet and get on with it.
Good RvR groups in Hibbernia are kinda rare - yeah occasionally you do well, but if you wander around as a single group you are just cannon fodder.
Good RvR groups in Hibby are people that have played with each other for a while and know what to expect from one another. Can you say: Team-Work.
That is exactly the same from other realms, good teams work - full stop, no whining about 'our classes are weak' crap. Tell that to the warden that gets PA'd for 55+% by an Infi all the time, and is stunned so the bubble (which doesn't protect him against those attacks) is useless to his group - and has such a pointless range anyway that when I heal most melee action is well out of its range. Don't start on me with that whining. I am one of those people on the US vn dev boards trying to help get fun balance into things. You feel you have sensible suggestions to offer, then go there and do it also.
Yeah - I have the missfortune of playing a class I thought was a fighter but turned out to be more of a support class. You know way so few support classes exist? They are not as much fun as killing things, AND it is a thankless job. How often do you see a line in RvR like "Great Healing" from another group, a member of which you helped keep alive throught that really mad battle? I don't think I ever have - maybe from my own group - but not those out-of-group. You wanna see why people don't play support classes, then make one and go up to about lvl 30 - yes you will level fast, yes people will want you, yes you will get stress from all the moans and complaints about your healing.
People don't play support classes, because they don't get the respect they should, get moaned at for not healing, and they don't get to have as much fun. More often then not they are the first dead, killed faster, etc. You miss out on a lot of the action when you are one of the first to die, so you gather next to nothing in points.
If you are in a good RvR group - you will find they know how to keep their support classes alive. Groups like this aren't that common, and only occur from people that have played with each other for quite some time, like LA, LG, Veng, etc...
Personally, the support class I enjoy playing the most is a Shaman, and that beats my warden hands down for usefulness in RvR.

problem with alb is u have alot of kiddies playin who reroll every time theres a patch to the char of the week
clerics did get a battering and alot of smite clerics rerolled fair enuff they cant play the char they chose to play anymore. but remember when assasins first got there uber luvin how many infs suddenly appeared on alb ? alb has too many classes and this makes it v hard to form a decent group.

Nice answer Chipper. Unfortunately, seems that the rate-of-change of the class skills really does mean we are going to have to consider the 'class of the month' each time, as some changes really do hit the entire balance badly.
Personally I would love to have a day or two on the test server with various groups of classes from each realm in 1 vs 1 group and 2 vs 2 group tests. I think this would be a pretty respectible test of the balance of the classes. Shame that will never likely happen
US really doesn't care about the opinions of people in the EU, as we are too far behind the current game to be of any use.
