i dont know if this is right but it might be close , well racists always say that blacks are the least developed race and are look and act like monkeys so thats where you have the monkey bit , also maybe black americans sit on their porch a large amount of time ( like in those friday films) hence porch monkeys , makes a kind of stupifying sense dont it?
