I'm sure they wouldn't post anything that was intended to be private, but BW forums are open to anyone.

And at least our locations and emails weren't displayed :p

Hmmmn, I couldn't care less about them nicking a pic of my desktop (Lara Croft one), but they could at least spell me friggin' name right!

Double Hmmmn, Someguy is the only one with his name spelt right <-insert conspiracy theory here->

Actually, I voluntarily submitted mine as I noticed mine seemed to be one of the few not on there. :D Ain't not prob.

I still think everyone who's pics he's used without express permission should email him and ask for them to be removed.

Seems a totally pointless site to me. Why bother getting a domain?

As for the copyright, is there some kind of notice in the BW t&c relating to user's intellectual property posted in the forums?
It all seemed OK to start off with, but I'm not too sure now...

At the end of the day, I doubt you could even pass it for a copyright issue.

For a start, almost all of the desktop images (the main focus of desktops, obviously) will be the property of someone else. Second off, you're all using an OS by someone else, which is undoubtedly protected by millions of copyrights and trademarks.

You can all spout about it being copyright infringement (upon you, persae) until you're blue in the face, what you're actually 'upset' about is not being asked your permission. It may well infringe on the original copyrights, but thats not your/our concern :)
