I think there are a few band of shadows in housing atm.
Cyclone bracer you might be able to buy after next ml9 farm session.
I think shawl might be a bit difficult. Only ever seen 1 in mid so far, worn by Belor's savage. Dunno how many others have it.

I can tell you how you can farm Chimera for that vest of yours

You need a Spirit spec SM and a FoP Shammie, you also need a warrior for the 'setup'

If you got a friend whos willing to help you, your also be able to sell the stuff you don't need for money to buy the rest of the kit

I've beaten Chimera 3 times with just 4 people which is why I proudly wear the Chimera haub.

Good vest, heal proc seems to go off alot more than it used to these days.
