I got the Belt on my cm unpriced ^^ its in my template and if i am going to trade it you need to get me jacinas sash the artifact, and scrolls 1+3 and another item with a rather hihg utility and +2% cast speed otherwise my template is screwed

There might have been a +4 skills version but iirc they changed all cloaks to the above 2 skills 7 resists version in some patch, even mentioned in patch notes.
