Considering it has +longbow I would say no... unless there is a hib equivalent but no evidence of that. Its very overpowered.. -20 abs debuff on /use ouch!

There is a hib version with + recurve.
Mate of mine has it and I have owned this item before selling it when I was going through a phase of retiring my ranger.
Just not seen it about lately

well in that case u gotta do sum testing imo...
go alb/poc and kill the named Lieutenant and see if it drops ( ofc u gotta try a few times).

if that doesnt work kill the hib version of him and see wat happens
