It sucks, not even worth using.Although it's rare, it doesn't do much damage in rvr at all, at least from when i tried it.

Ever thaught Arbaal might want the lifetap tincture for PvE ;p

No one in there right mind would use an artifact weapon to PvE with ;p Would wear out in a matter of weeks.
