have you tired a +stat enhance search on the market explorer?

i got an items with like 14% stat enhancement and another one with 7 or something... torso = 14% other one is sleeves, both cloth - like it matters for your bb

pm skov and have a look at it

just buy a stardrop, ml9 jewel with +20 stat enhance. check marketexplorer, plenty of those around.

like everything u kill in toa drops rog armors with +buffs
ive had loads of it ive sold to npc

croc ring mob and traiters dagger mob seem to drop a fair amount of +buff% rog stuff both easy for a tank and bard duo

I checked the marketing explorer but after running 30mins and finding 2 pieces i had on my lil list were already gone I couldnt be arsed to go check the others
