Utter BS.

Sure you can solo the quest there is one high orange con mob but that isn't the hard part. Not only do you need faction to do the quest but you then need to sneak around LoA and SD for ages. It has 2 steps that require you to be there at a certain time of day. You also have to run to the bottom left corner of LoA twice and the top left corner as well. The person who designed the quest was clearly in an evil mood.
