Look for stealth skill or smtn on cm, easy n prolly get decent one you need for couple hundred g if not less

Not just in name, at some filter u can select stuff like +thrust/slash skill, hits on it etc, surely u can filter bracers for stealth on there

You can get the Bracer of the Stealthy from the Lost Treasure quest in SI at level 49. Has +4 Stealth if you cant buy one you need.
