Thats a really really shitty artifact to get. Droprate is so bad it makes Cloudsong look like a 100% drop. So I doubt anyone got it for sale. But good luck.

hmmm soz, not looking anymore as i been informed that the proc on lvl 10 makes hunters unable to stealth hmmmm not so good

SoK is not something you want to equip your stealther with.. for the Aura of Kings prevents restealthing.
