So far, everything points towards the cloth sleeves don't drop in mid.

No the dexterity cap uber cloth sleeves from Battler doesn't drop in Midgard, or atleast haven't dropped yet.

are hib country i thought those sleeves noone has ever found them in midgard so they are prolly hib only :-(
