stats must be around:
5 dex cap
7-8 power cap
and 10% powerpool, ich
if any +dex on it too that's good, but not a must
now givf
Edit: also if anyone got: Jewel of Heavenly Bodies ill buy that, only 1 on me for 25plat's tho nerf u Bertram :touch:
