I would like to buy the above ring with stats 4 Axe/10 Str/10 Con/9 Dex.

It drops off of various Svarts in Malmo or Arild (Named Svart).

sounds like a drop from next patch when the named in malmo get their own special drop tables and new drops.
I certainly haven't seen that ring before, and I've hunted my fair share of named down there
