because charges are great when you can't use them in shade mode and can only use 1 every 3 minutes.

+str, +dex, +int, power, cap all magic resists and skills with sub-par UV gear (most stuff gives ~30 UV necros or less). All but +str, power and 2 resists at cap-1 in current 99 set with 2 pt overcharge. Also, staff has 4 imbues points, Mr. Uber.

Just for clarification - I would cap int, dex, skills and all magic resists - other main stat char builder mentions is quickness, but can't really see point of this - strength for loot carrying yes, but not essential, so to my mind very hard NOT to cap all stats? Discuss, lol..

I want the +str for loot carrying. Worst sofar has been 228/170 encumberance, unable to move...
