+pierce is the only requirement, wether it's ROG or not doesn't matter, secondary stats would be +dex/str/hp/critical strike.

go kill broodmother at vale of balor, it drops mother's dance ring with stats +3 pierce +3CD +3 2resists which i can't remember offhand.
