Wouldn't it be easier to just get a Krojers ring instead, since the price of recharging will perhaps equal how much you paid for the Noxious Fegundar Bracer.

I kind of gave up farming the mob, almost always down, and when I do manage to find it up, never drops. Must have killed it 20 times now, and most I got was a belt with an ablative charge on.

@ gotrag. it has value 75 dex/qui charges that costs 1g /charge. drops of Sariloc a named Fengundar in Iarnwood outside hagall (mid SI)
