It seems that apart from quest items, bonus to magic damage is pretty rare to start with, I don't think i have ever seen a ROG item with either cast speed bonus or restricted magic damage bonus also.

Only rogs from chests needing keys (most ml x.10 steps and a few others) can have those any special TOA stat now, apart from the static drops afaik
At least i read somewhere that dropped rogs wouldn't add special stats anymore.
