it's called arcanium Lightning Embossed Studded Helm(if i'm not wrong)
drops from danos and costs a fair bit as it's not to many of it, i paid 8P for mine, but it's a while ago, might be cheaper now =)

I chatted with Pupsa some hours after we helped him with GoV , and we decided that , the hole /bg was going to have a chance to roll for it at Wed 3´rd morning when we start for arti hunt again .

Cos i wanted to have a chance for a roll for it .
