29/31 in stygia delta. might be in water also

aye itet drops dust of creation.. got 97% quality weapon out of it with a matter proc/debuff and 7% bonus against reptiles... think also 28con and 2*8% resists, thou not the best weapon about it is a nice change to have something a little unique for now Gives me a weapon to farm crocs with for my activated croc tooth
