I'm looking for ONE (1) item with following stats:

+5% (minimum) spell duration
~35+ utility

Slots i can use:
Ring
Bracer
Chain Arms (qua 99-100%)
Chain Head (qua 99-100%)
Chain Boots (qua 99-100%)

PM me stats on items if you got one you think will work, and hopefully we can work something out!

Bracers of snow the usual drop for bumping spell dura! Should be able to pick em up for plat or 2, if fits in.

Acuity 24
Body Resist 9

Market Explorer is your friend :> Just put in duration in the little box and search away. Takes a while to trawl through the crap, but you'll find something. And obviously check on Pryd AND Excal.

I did that, illu... Only crap on CM. So figure someone might have one locked up in their vault. And that item posted above seemed ok, but had wrong stats on it.

.. and money is not an issue!
