Hehe.. 6 was a bit over the top but yeah, you're about right

Nichii, there is a NPC right by the ruin thing where you port out into Oceanus from Hall of Heroes, think its to the left when you come out through the portal. That NPC will give you a quest for a armorpiece if I remember correctly, the Harpy Feather Charm is a extra bonus you MIGHT get if you're lucky enough to dig up the right items when you're doing the quest itself. Easy enough to do as long as you can handle 1-2 yellow birds that pop from time to time, or just bring a friend.

If you are unlucky and dont get the 3 items you need to turn in for the Charm, there are also some for sale in housing for a semi-expensive price, but still cheaper than most people sell their Charm for.
