Little update and bump on this:

Got the belt now and yes it is kinda rare. Need strong group and tictac to make that encounter.

Sumone must have a spare Guard of Valor. Go ewul pharmers and check your inventories :touch:
Nowadays you have to camp it, so you can go camp it once the guy camping it before you got it.

Increasing minimal offer to 35p. As usual, price can be discussed further.
