It only spawns at night, and there's only a small chance it spawns at all, with a tiny chance it drops the gem. Loc is 5000 34000 in Hesperos, just next of the big pillar.

why not just make a lvl 35 chr ore somthing and make it with him, and keep the many p your offering

The artifact will drop, regardless of the con of the final mob to you, so a 50 can farm it just as effectively as a 35.

btw have the leveling criteria changed this patch or next?

It apparantly levels only at night from mobs and from RvR. Doesn't even mention any zones. Will have to try.

it's in 1.71 it changes to exp in certain zones and rvr dungeons.

Well, I tried that too but there was at least 2 ppl there camping all day and all night long
