It's such a cool looking cloak and the stats are pretty much ideal if your not into SoM, becuase SoM has too much util wasted on it for a Proc and melee haste which can be capped easily w/o it anyway. I suppose it depends what class you play and whether that class is suited towards Solo / Group.

In my opinion, Looks > Stats.
